Musebit started in 2019, after the two founders spent a year inside a bank watching good designers produce screens nobody could use. The problem was never talent. It was distance — from the customer, from the shift, from the shop floor.
So we built an agency around proximity. We work in small teams, on one client at a time, and the first week of every project happens somewhere other than a meeting room.
Today we're nine: four product designers, two researchers, two design engineers, and one person who keeps the systems honest.

Evidence before opinion
Every engagement opens with observation in the place the work happens. We have never once run a project where the field notes agreed with the brief.

Increments, not detonations
We ship every two to four weeks with a measurement window in between, so the last decision is informed by the first one's results.

Systems that outlive us
We hand over tokens and implemented components, not a spec to interpret. If your team can't extend it without us, we didn't finish.

Less, argued for
Our best work removes things. That's only defensible with evidence, which is exactly why we gather it.
